 Eric L. Nesbitt, Esq., Founder and President
Eric L. Nesbitt, Esq. is an accomplished commercial real estate broker and real estate attorney with over 18 years of experience in commercial leasing matters. During his career, he has negotiated numerous commercial lease transactions for Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Sprint, EDS, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, as well as transactions for small and emerging companies. As the President of company, Eric focuses on providing tenant and buyer representation services to The Nesbitt Group’s clients. He is the 2008-2009 President of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors, the largest association of commercial brokers in the country. Eric is also an instructor and on the faculty of the Colorado Association of Realtors. Eric also practices real estate and business law with his firm the Law Offices of Eric L. Nesbitt, P.C. Because of his unique background as both a commercial broker and attorney, he negotiates aggressive deals for his clients and delivers tremendous value throughout the transactional process.
 Ana Sandomire, Broker Associate
Ana Sandomire is a broker associate with The Nesbitt Group specializing in land and office transactions. During her commercial real estate career, she has provided consultation to buyers and sellers of commercial land sites, industrial buildings and investment properties. Ana formerly worked on site feasibility reports and performed land development research for big box retail stores such as Wal-Mart, Home Depot and Kohl’s. She understands the intricacies involved in the development and planning processes.
When consulting clients on office transactions, Ana goes out of her way to understand a company’s strategic goals and how these drive their real estate decision. She has helped negotiate a variety of leases for clients both large and small alike, whether they are looking for new space or renegotiating their current lease. Because of Ana’s development background and tenant representation experience, she is well qualified and equipped to consult and advise buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords about their real estate.
