Eric L. Nesbitt, Esq., President and CEO

Eric L. Nesbitt, Esq. is an accomplished commercial real estate broker and real estate attorney with more than 18 years of experience in commercial leasing matters. During his career, he has negotiated numerous commercial lease transactions for Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Sprint, EDS, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, as well as transactions for small and emerging companies. As the President of company, Eric focuses on providing tenant and buyer representation services to The Nesbitt Group’s clients. He was the 2008-2009 President of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), the largest association of commercial brokers in the country. He was named 2009 DMCAR Broker of the Year by the Denver Business Journal. Eric is also an instructor and on the faculty of the Colorado Association of Realtors.

Eric also practices real estate and business law with his firm the Law Offices of Eric L. Nesbitt, P.C. Because of his unique background as both a commercial broker and attorney, he negotiates aggressive deals for his clients and delivers tremendous value throughout the transactional process.

Bliss Kelley, Broker Associate

Bliss has been associated with Commercial Real Estate for 4 years, working from office administration, marketing and web services, to brokerage. She delivers a wealth of knowledge and resources for completing transactions for Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation and those investing in commercial real estate.
